Great, your 1 step closer. Time to sign your purchase agreements and builder contracts.
5. Selections & Finishes
Let the fun begin. Meet with our selection specialist to help you pick out all your finishes and design options.
6. Construction
Time to Build…Figure 4-8 months to build your dream home. Sit back and watch your home come together. Reach out with any questions at anytime.
7. Final Walkthrough
Our Third Party (Non-Affiliated) Inspector will walk you through your new home, discuss build features you selected, and perform a quality walk through check with you.
8. Closing
Congratulations! Any closing paperwork is signed and you receive the keys! It’s time to move into your new Grace Allen Home.
