Michael
President and Owner of Grace Allen Homes Inc.
Michael has been in the new construction and homebuilding industry for 23 years. As owner of Grace Allen Homes, Mike began his career in high school working at a local lumberyard in Des Moines, Iowa. After obtaining his Building Trades degree from Des Moines Area Community College in 1997, Mike worked as a carpenter, and started his own successful construction business. As construction progressed, while still operating his business full time, Michael finished his undergraduate degree in Accounting from Iowa State and began building new homes, new construction related work, and remodeling of existing homes. Michael is passionate about building homes for his clients. In his free time Michael enjoys traveling, fishing, and spending time with his beautiful wife and kids.
Mary Davis
Vice President of Marketing and Real Estate Sales (Realty One Impact)
Mary handles all the marketing, design, selections, and sales at Grace Allen Homes. She has 21 years experience in sales and marketing. After going to college, and within a short period of time, Mary was able to dominate her Midwest multi state sales goals to become one of the top 1% of salespeople in her medical and pharmaceutical profession. Mary also has a wide array of knowledge in both real estate, design, and new construction. Along with her professional sales and marketing experience, Mary also has a Real Estate license at Realty One Impact, and owns her own design firm Mary Davis Design. In her free time Mary likes to travel, hang out with her husband Josh, along with her dog Woody,

Dorry
Director of Everything Else
Someone has to do it, lol. We contract out all of our “Everything Else” tasks to Dorry. Dorry has a strong background in Real Estate, Property Management, and Finance. Dorry graduated from Grand View College, became a successful Top Tier Manager at Bank of America and was ranked as the #2 Sales Associate in the entire United States for one of the largest financial institutions in the nation. With a strong work ethic and diverse background, she also previously held a real estate license, flipped homes, and ran her own property management company before joining the Grace Allen team. In her free time, Dorry loves to hang out with her kids, spend time with family and friends, travel, and enjoy the simple things in life.
Izzy
CDO (Chief Dog Officer) and Security
Izzy is a Blue Merle Australian Shepard, and is 21 years old in dog years. She handles all the day to day security and dog operations at Grace Allen Homes. Her main focus is to make sure every customer who has a dog, adds an automatic dog watering bowl to every house plan, along with a full-service doggy door. In her free time Izzy likes to chase around the cat, bark at the mailman, and play tug of war. We appreciate all of her good efforts, and our business could not succeed without her expertise, cunning knowledge, and hard work ethic.
